Sally the Cow is super cute. She creates tons of big bubbles and says "MOO" every time you pull back on her head to start the bubbles and sound!

My boys loved playing with Sally. She even encouraged Eian to work on his cow sounds. This is a great toy and your kids will love it just as mine did.
